Thank you for your interest in Hometown Marketing Group (HMG). This page contains very important information regarding Real Estate flyer design/ printing services.
1) WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once you submit your order request you will need to email high-resolution photos to: art@hometownmg.com. It is extremely important that you send us the highest resolution photos possible. Print work requires much higher resolution photos then your online MLS photos. Ideally, the image should be in the 700kb to 3MB (or higher) range for optimum results.
2) HOW MANY PHOTOS SHOULD WE SEND?
As a general rule, each 8.5x11” area in a typical flyer layout can accommodate 5-7 photos of the property (2 sided flyers, twice as many). We recommend including an exterior photo of the front and rear, living room, family room, kitchen and any other significant area(s) of the home. Very rarely are photos of the bedrooms and baths used, unless they are Master Bedroom/Bath photos which enhance the marketability of the home. Please do not send more photos than are required to complete your flyer.
3) PHOTO ENHANCEMENT
Each photo will be straightened and cropped as necessary, with color filters and lighting effects added at no extra charge. However if you wish us to create custom photo-enhancements, this will be done at our standard hourly rate of $75.00 per hour.
4) HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Our turnaround time for standard flyer designs averages 3-5 business days. Custom work will take longer depending on your individual design needs. All time frames begin upon receipt of all necessary information which is needed to begin your layout. Important note regarding changes and revisions: If you require changes to your flyer which vary from the original information provided (most often checklist changes/ additions), your flyer will be delayed and your account charged $75.00 per hour.
5) HOW DO YOU KNOW WHEN YOUR PROOF IS READY?
We will notify you via email when your proof is ready for review.
6) WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THE LAYOUT?
If you find a spelling mistake or other design error, please notify us via email immediately using art@hometownmg.com. Once approval has been granted HMG will no longer be held liable for any errors that may exist.
