Thank you for considering The OC Domestic Agency as a potential foundation in your search for employment. Our Agency specializes in the Recruitment, Screening and Placement of In-Home Childcare Professionals and In Home Management staff. 

The OC Domestic Agency does not require applicants to pay an application fee nor do we take a percentage of your salary.  We simply work as a referral agency and consequently we cannot guarantee placement with our clients.  Each client that registers their position with us details the job description, requirements that are of interest to them and the salary they are willing to offer. We will never persuade you to take on a position that is not in your best interest or simply not what you are looking for. 

We ask that you please submit all of the required criteria to us in a timely matter.  Once we have received your Application, Nanny Interview, Dear Family Letter, Picture, and 2 forms of ID, you may begin interviewing with our clients.  The criterion mentioned above is made available to our clients, this is the time for you to shine and really sell yourself to potential employers.
