Find A Nanny

Thank you for taking the time to learn about The OC Domestic Agency.  My name is Mariela Arellano and I am the Founder and President. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and to introduce myself and my company. 

I founded The OC Domestic Agency in 2004 after I completed my education in the field of psychology.  During my college years I held a position as a co-teacher in a Montessori Child Development Center.  After working at the school I was approached by a wonderful family in Carlsbad to become their Nanny for their 12 year old, 2 year old and their soon to be born baby.  Having been a nanny for three years prior I was excited to be given that opportunity to engage in a relationship with a wonderful family. 

 Upon graduating college I embarked on the journey of starting my own nanny referral service.  I began doing research on the Nanny Industry and building relations with families, nannies and well established agencies.
